If you’re running a business, you’ll inevitably come across someone who just rubs you the wrong way for one reason or another. Maybe it’s their attitude; maybe it’s their demeanor; or maybe you just can’t get past an altercation that happened 10 years ago. Whatever the reason, let it go. There’s nothing wrong with not getting along with someone, but you have a duty to your business to put personal feelings aside. As long as they are a paying customer, don’t disrupt your business, or are a reliable vendor, you have to ignore those feelings.
Not everyone will be your best friend. Come to terms with having to put on a smile when you really want to cringe. Your business will thank you for it.
